TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE WWW.MANEFORGE.COM

1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the sale of cosmetic products and accessories through the online store MANEFORGE, accessible at www.maneforge.com. These Terms apply to all contracts, offers, pre-contracts, and other transactions arising from the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.

The Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. In case of any legal gaps or conflicting provisions, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly excluded.

The Terms are publicly available on the website and are binding on all users and buyers who place an order. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Acceptance of the Terms is a condition for completing a purchase.

The Seller may modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon publication and apply to all transactions from that point forward.

The purchase contract is considered concluded once the Buyer successfully places an order. Notifications, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and withdrawal notices, are considered delivered when sent via email or SMS.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Registered User: An individual who creates an account on the MANEFORGE website.
  • Guest: An individual who places an order without registering an account.
  • Buyer: Any natural or legal person who places an order.
  • Offer: A proposal by the Seller to the Buyer, including invoices and quotes.
  • Contract: A legally binding agreement formed by the Buyer’s acceptance of an offer.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

Orders can be placed in English via www.maneforge.com.

For legal entities, the “Company Name” field must be completed at checkout. Consumer rights under ZVPot-1 do not apply to business purchases.

An order is submitted when the Buyer clicks the “Buy Now” button and receives an email confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. No payment data is stored on our servers, and all transactions comply with PCI DSS standards.

The Buyer will receive a PDF invoice via email upon successful payment. The Buyer is responsible for verifying all order details before confirmation.

The Seller collects and processes personal data necessary to fulfill the order. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3.1 Prices, Promo Codes, Gift Vouchers, and Discounts

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Promo codes are time-limited and can be entered during checkout. Only one promo code may be used per order. If not entered before payment, it is deemed forfeited.

Gift vouchers issued by the Seller are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Vouchers must be redeemed in full and cannot be exchanged for cash. Multiple vouchers may be used per order in combination with one promo code.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. The Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email.

Shipping is handled by GLS Slovenia or an equivalent delivery partner. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Final charges and eligibility for free shipping are calculated at checkout.

  • Zone 1: Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium
  • Zone 2: Italy, Denmark
  • Zone 3: Hungary, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Monaco, United Kingdom (UK)
  • Zone 4: Romania, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland
  • Zone 5: Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Turkey
  • Zone 6: Bulgaria, Norway
  • Croatia
  • Switzerland

If a product is unavailable or delivery is not possible, the Buyer will be notified. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or incorrect address entries.

In case of delay, the Buyer must allow a reasonable grace period before initiating a refund claim.

5. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unopened and unused.

A withdrawal request must be sent to boss@maneforge.com, including proof of purchase and Buyer details.

Returned products must be in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Upon successful inspection of the return, the Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer’s bank account. If a promo code was used, a replacement code will be issued, and any balance refunded.

Returns of opened, used, or damaged products (unless caused during transport) are not accepted.

 

5.1 20-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, the Seller offers all customers a voluntary 20-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of order.

If the Buyer is not fully satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may request a refund within 20 calendar days of the order date. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with no more than minor usage.

  • A short written explanation must be sent to boss@maneforge.com with the subject line “20-Day Guarantee Request”.

  • The Buyer must include their full name, order number, and bank details (for refund processing).

  • Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged.

This guarantee does not affect or replace your legal right of withdrawal under Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

The Seller reserves the right to deny a refund in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated claims from the same Buyer or deliberate damage).

6. PRODUCT DEFECTS AND WARRANTY

The Seller guarantees that products conform to the contract and are free from material defects at the time of delivery.

The Seller is liable for:

  • Defects that existed prior to delivery
  • Hidden defects due to manufacturing faults

Minor deviations not affecting usability are not considered defects. The relevant provisions of Articles 37–40 of ZVPot-1 apply.

7. LEGAL NOTICE

All content on www.maneforge.com, including images, videos, and text, is the intellectual property of Maneforge d.o.o. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

Images on the site are symbolic and may not reflect the exact appearance or function of the product.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In case of discrepancies in stock, pricing, or features, the Buyer will be notified and offered a refund or replacement.

The Seller reserves the right to temporarily suspend site access due to maintenance or technical issues. Orders affected by such interruptions may be canceled.

The Seller may cancel orders due to stock issues or clear pricing errors in accordance with Article 46 of the Obligations Code.

The Seller is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees outside the EU and Switzerland.

9. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Slovenian law applies to all contracts and these Terms.

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the court at the Seller’s registered address.

Complaints must be submitted to boss@maneforge.com. A response will be provided within 5 working days.

10. SELLER’S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

The Seller may cancel the contract if the Buyer violates the Terms or provides incorrect or misleading information. Any payments received will be refunded.

11. REVIEWS, RATINGS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

By submitting a review, the user grants the Seller unlimited, non-exclusive rights to use it for marketing and business purposes. The Seller reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content deemed inappropriate.

All content provided on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Products and claims have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
